Refund Policy
Delivery Policy
- Design files are delivered to the client's "My Account" area as per the date specified in the "Order Confirmation."
- An email notification is sent upon delivery.
- Rush delivery service is available for an additional $100, providing initial logo samples within 48 hours.
Quality Assurance & Satisfaction
- Designs are created based on the client's specifications and thorough research to ensure quality and uniqueness.
- Unlimited revisions are offered until the client is 100% satisfied, depending on the selected package.
Domain & Hosting
- Free domain and hosting are provided with applicable website packages.
- Email accounts come with 10MB of space and can be configured on third-party email software.
- No email accounts are provided if hosting is not with TekSturdy USA Inc.
- No refunds are available for hosting, domain, or email server packages.
Record Maintenance
- Finalized design files are kept on record.
- Clients can request these files again in the future.
Customer Support
- 24-hour customer support is available to address queries and questions.
Communication Policy
- TekSturdy USA Inc. is not liable for communications from email addresses not ending with "@teksturdyusainc.com" or numbers not listed on their website.
- Responsibility is taken only for communications through official channels.
Access to Information
- Clients may be required to provide registration details to access services.
- All information provided must be correct, current, and complete.
- TekSturdy USA Inc. reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if information is found to be incorrect.
100% Unique Design Guarantee
- All logos are created from scratch to ensure uniqueness.
- If a logo is found to be considerably similar to an existing design, a redraw is offered.
- Clients are responsible for copyrighting their artwork.
Exclusions
- Assistance with third-party plugin and API integration is limited to standard functionality.
- TekSturdy USA Inc. is not involved in third-party dealings during development.
- Additional work requires a separate fee agreement.
